Eligibility Requirements:
Eligible to business and property owners.
In business for at least 3-5 years
Located:
Cheshire Bridge Rd NE corridor businesses located between Piedmont Road and Interstate 85.
LaVista Rd NE between Cheshire Bridge Rd NE and Citadel Drive NE
- Including Manchester, Liddell and Faulkner Roads.
Terms of the Loan:
6 months deferment
1% interest rate
Length and loan amount based on individual business

- W9 to be completed
- SAVE Affidavit to be competed. The applicant must have a driver’s license, passport or green card
- Personal Financial Statement
- Source and Use of Funds Statement (deployment of funds) Used to define the total cost of the project
- Two Year Projection document. Use to reflect at least one year of projections and can be used to create a profit and loss statement.
